Your chat with the guys renewed my interest in mistweavers enough to lead me here to read more and then back to the character creation screen. 🙂 I’ve started monks several times but never really got the healing working well. This time I’m sailing along, both doing well and having a great time doing it. Thank you!
I know when I write instructions, I like to know what makes them helpful (when they happen to be). In this case it’s primarily your style, your willingness to write in the active voice and first person about your use of various options. I can see the data foundations in your work, but I find it hard to translate detached third-person presentation into wise choice and use of my own. Thanks for doing it, in the face of the various cultural pressures to cop an unduly objective stance in the instructor’s role.
Wow, thanks very much for the feedback regarding my writing. It is much appreciated and I am glad you’ve been enjoying your new Mistweaver!
I had this feeling that a host of Justice Points would appreciate knowing an instance of subjectivity paying off. 🙂
LOL!! I can’t imagine what you mean. <.<
Oh, I remembered the other thing I wanted to bring up: any chance of you posting those attack/healing macros you mentioned, ahead of the Training Dummies website backlog?
Sure:

I really enjoyed the podcast and it has brought me to your site. We have several mistweavers in our guild and I’m sure they’ll get a visit too!
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it.
